I'm a seasoned professional who's worked in both public and private sectors, with corporate, government, and non-profit clients, in advertising and pr firms, and in a variety of settings. I follow trends but bring fresh thinking to my projects. I think strategically with your goals in mind, using both new and traditional tools to connect, influence change, and solve problems.

Savvy. Perceptive and insightful, I'm a keen observer and listener. I have a knack for connecting with people from various backgrounds and I'm told I have a high level of cultural competence and emotional intelligence.  

Diverse. My diverse background, along with a broad industry and client base, informs my work from which I draw inspiration when approaching complex problems. Practice and interest areas span maritime, food and agriculture, wellness and healthcare, environmental sustainability, hospitality and entertainment, retail and tourism, and culture. I've worked on business-to-business campaigns as well as consumer communications.  

Passion. I'm energized when I can make a difference and contribute in a meaningful way. A few passions: community and employee experience and engagement. I love helping people communicate and have a better work and life experience. It's a thrill to connect dots and bridge gaps through shared experience and storytelling and meet people where they are - figuratively or literally.  

Jargon-free. Lastly, while it's occasionally appropriate, jargon is rarely effective, and I aim to avoid it whether writing or talking.
