I'm passionate about connecting leaders and people with each other, giving them a voice, building engagement, and ultimately, making work, and life, better for people, planet, and organizations. Varied. My broad client and industry background informs my work, from which I draw inspiration when approaching complex problems. Practice and interest areas span wellness and healthcare, maritime, food and agriculture, environmental sustainability, hospitality and entertainment, retail and tourism, and culture.   

Passion. I'm energized when I can dive in and help solve problems. A few passions: ensuring that employee experience is as great as customer experience. Being mindful of community impact, knowing what we do anywhere impacts people everywhere. Helping people love their work and love their lives, find more success (on their terms), more joy, and better relationships. It's a thrill to connect dots and bridge gaps through shared experience and storytelling and meet people where they are - figuratively or literally.
