- Developed and managed public and employee information campaigns for Executive Reardon’s Agriculture Initiative.
- Communications specialist for a team that developed and implemented an outreach strategy for a major update to the Unified Development Code (UDC). The program now serves as a model for other county projects involving a high level of public and stakeholder engagement.
- Served on Executive Committee for SnoGold 2010, an Executive office business and tourism initiative.
- Worked with ad-hoc team on initial stages of Executive’s Climate Change Initiative developing messaging strategy and key messages.

- Developed and implemented marketing and communications strategies for Seattle Center’s signature program, Festal, a series of (then) 20 cultural festivals. Built the Festal brand and positioned Seattle Center as an advocate for diversity and community through compelling marketing collateral and extensive earned media.

Public Relations & Marketing Manager, Northwest Folklife, Seattle, 1998 – 2001
- Part of the transition team that led NW Folklife through an institutional and financial crisis, which included extensive media relations and outreach to key constituents. Helped to re-establish Folklife’s ethical standing within its community of supporters, from major donors and community leaders to the general public.
- Managed all phases of the design and implementation of festival public relations and marketing, including developing editorial content and production of two 32-page souvenir programs.
- Project manager for inaugural fundraising auction, which attracted 150 people and netted $60,000.
